Research The fresh water biomes are ovelooked by many people. They are much smallr bodies of water,but are important just the same. These biomes have lakes,river,streams,and creeks. They all dump water into a marsh area, typically from th mouth of the rivers. Freshwater Biomes cover 1/5 of Earth are vital to our survival. The Freshwater biomes is a location where there is plenty of nutrition and minerals. That's why so many types of plants and animals are able to thrive in such a location. There is sediment found at the bottom of a freshwater biome. There more than 700 species of fish, 1,200 spcies of amphibians,insects,and mollusks. Blue and green algae are calld Cyanobacteria among plants and animals. The freshwater biomes are bing harmed by air polllution , making it hard to thrive and grow like they should.
